About The Position

We are seeking a versatile, full spectrum Brand Designer to join our growing team in NYC. This role will act as a key in-house creative partner, supporting the promotion of DA and the Canton Network across a wide range of brand and marketing initiatives.

This is a generational opportunity to help shape and elevate a world changing brand, playing a hands-on role in defining how it shows up across every touchpoint. You’ll balance speed, creativity, and strong design judgment to bring bold ideas to life in a fast moving environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Strong proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools, with a willingness to integrate them into workflows
• Versatility across multiple design disciplines, with the ability to flex across brand, digital, and marketing needs as required
• Highly collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
• Portfolio Requirement: Please include a link to your portfolio with your application. Your portfolio should demonstrate a strong range of work across brand identity, digital design, motion, and campaign creative, showcasing both conceptual thinking and high-quality execution.

Nice To Haves

• Experience within crypto, blockchain, or Web3 environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design across a variety of formats including static visual design (social, web, campaigns) motion/animation assets, presentation and pitch decks, digital and integrated campaign materials.
• Translate brand and marketing objectives into compelling visual storytelling
• Collaborate closely with marketing, leadership, and cross-functional teams
• Maintain consistency and elevate brand standards across all touchpoints
• Leverage AI design tools to enhance speed, creativity, and output quality.
