About The Position

Oxenham Group is recruiting a Brand Designer for a startup developing proprietary targeting software for unmanned systems. The software is integrated onto unmanned vehicles and operates on their onboard computers. The company has held Department of War contracts, including work with Air Force Special Operations Command and U.S. Special Operations Command. The company is hiring its first dedicated designer to establish and own its visual identity across digital and physical media. The designer will work with the executive and marketing teams, including the CEO and Sr. Marketing Specialist, and will need to communicate design decisions clearly to founders and engineers. The role covers the brand system and book, marketing site and product pages, operator app UI, presentations, campaign and social materials, trade-show assets, print pieces, and merchandise. The position is onsite in Austin, Texas, and requires eligibility to obtain a security clearance and U.S.-person status as defined in the posting. The role may involve export-controlled technology and controlled messaging. Success means delivering a complete brand book adopted across the company, creating a consistent and credible identity across marketing and product materials, and delivering trade-show, print, and merchandise materials on time and on brand.

  • Experience building digital pages with AI, such as landing pages, product pages, marketing sites, or similar campaign pages.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Photoshop from concept through production files.

  • Must be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
