About The Position

We’re looking for a Brand Designer to help define and elevate the visual identity of Peec AI as we grow. In this role, you’ll own and shape how our brand shows up across every touchpoint, from our website and marketing campaigns to social content, events, and product storytelling. You’ll work closely with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to create high-impact visual assets that drive engagement, strengthen our brand, and support our go-to-market efforts. This is an opportunity for a designer who enjoys combining strong visual craft with strategic thinking, and who wants to help build a distinctive brand at a fast-growing startup.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or visual design - ideally at a tech company, agency, or high-growth startup
  • Exceptional design sense and a pixel-perfect eye for detail
  • A strong portfolio showcasing marketing design work across multiple mediums (web, digital, campaigns, social, print, motion, etc.)
  • Expertise in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent) and comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments
  • A deep understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
  • Familiarity with growth marketing principles, conversion design, and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketers, engineers, and leadership
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with motion design, animation, or lightweight prototyping (e.g., After Effects, Lottie, Framer)
  • Exceptional Figma skills
  • Keen interest in AI and emerging technologies
  • Experience working in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Own and elevate the visual identity of Peec AI across marketing channels - from the website and landing pages to campaigns, events, and social media
  • Design and iterate high-impact marketing assets, including campaign visuals, ads, pitch decks, event materials, and editorial content
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to craft experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and brand trust
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints
