About The Position

PureTek is seeking a Brand Creator to establish an engaging, personality-driven presence across TikTok and short-form social media. This role is ideal for a creator who excels at making product content authentic, entertaining, and native to the platform. The primary objectives are to create content that resonates with viewers, drive website traffic, and lay the groundwork for a future TikTok Shop. PureTek emphasizes that all applications are reviewed by humans, not AI.

Requirements

• On-camera content portfolio: Links to TikToks, Reels, or Shorts where you are the creator or clearly led the creative production.
• Experience creating short-form video end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of what makes content feel native to TikTok rather than like traditional advertising.
• Ability to translate products into engaging, relatable stories and content concepts.
• Comfortable experimenting, learning from performance, and iterating quickly.
• Basic understanding of social metrics and e-commerce performance.
• Strong creative instincts and ability to generate fresh content ideas.

Nice To Haves

• Consumer-product experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, personal care, fashion, lifestyle, or DTC is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging TikToks, Reels, and Shorts featuring PureTek products.
• Serve as an on-camera creator and brand personality.
• Manage the entire content creation process from concept to posting, including filming and editing.
• Develop a variety of content formats such as product demos, tutorials, routines, unboxings, FAQs, problem/solution videos, lifestyle content, and trend-driven formats.
• Translate product features and benefits into compelling stories and strong hooks.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, sounds, formats, creator culture, and audience behavior.
• Utilize comments, engagement, and performance data to develop and refine content strategies.
• Experiment with different hooks, formats, creative approaches, and calls to action.
• Help establish a consistent and recognizable brand voice for PureTek across social platforms.
