About The Position

This remote independent-contractor consulting engagement supports an advanced AI training and presentation-evaluation project. The professional will reconstruct and enhance client-facing business slides in Microsoft PowerPoint, strengthen narrative structure and visual clarity, and document the reasoning behind design and content decisions. Assignments may include new-business pitches, campaign reviews, strategic brand presentations, and other executive or client-facing materials. No prior AI experience is required.

Each reviewed and enhanced slide, together with its change log, should generally be completed within 1–2 hours per assignment. The scope, presentation types, and evaluation requirements may evolve according to project needs. Work must not use confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, agency, institution, brand, or other third party.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in brand, creative strategy, advertising, marketing, consulting, or related work.
• Proven experience developing executive or client-facing presentations.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills and strong slide-reconstruction and presentation-design capabilities.
• Expertise in visual storytelling, information hierarchy, and data visualisation.
• Ability to convert complex information into clear, persuasive slides.
• Excellent written communication and content-editing skills.
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to explain and defend design decisions clearly.
• Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, agency, institution, brand, or other third party.

Nice To Haves

• Background at a recognised advertising agency, holding company, brand consultancy, or major in-house brand or technology team.
• Experience with new-business pitches, campaign reviews, strategic brand decks, or comparable presentations.
• Sales, go-to-market, or consulting experience.
• Prior experience reviewing AI-generated work or contributing to AI training; not required.

Responsibilities

• Reconstruct business slides from supplied images in Microsoft PowerPoint, accurately recreating layouts, visual structures, charts, and presentation elements.
• Improve slide organisation while preserving the intent of the original content and maintaining professional formatting and visual consistency.
• Strengthen narrative flow and apply brand and creative-strategy judgement to visual communication, hierarchy, emphasis, clarity, and business context.
• Transform complex information into clear visual presentations; improve charts, diagrams, tables, and other data-driven slide elements while preserving key insights.
• Refine slide copy for clarity, concision, and strategic impact; develop stronger action titles and message hierarchy without changing underlying business meaning.
• Review slides against professional presentation standards and maintain detailed change logs explaining revisions and the rationale for elements left unchanged.
• Defend design and content decisions using practical presentation principles and deliver reviewed slides and accompanying documentation within required timelines.
