Our Customer Service Professional will be responsible for building customer loyalty and confidence by receiving and processing customer orders, inquiries and/or issues covering products ordered. This position is responsible for maintaining the ongoing relationship with multiple customers and sales staff utilizing knowledge of products, logistics, production planning and inventory management. Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications: Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, branding, and messaging. Review project materials from conception to execution to ensure they align with the client’s brand and meet expectations. Assist Account Managers in coordinating project execution details, including timelines, purchase orders (POs), and invoice submissions. Participate in internal and client-facing status meetings to provide updates and ensure alignment. Collaborate across team members and departments to maximize productivity and foster effective communication. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current and upcoming client projects to effectively manage resources and timelines.
