About The Position

The Brand Coordinator plays a critical executional role in supporting day-to-day brand operations, ensuring projects move efficiently from concept to launch while maintaining brand consistency and operational rigor. This role partners daily with the Sr. Director and cross-functional teams to help bring brand strategy, product launches, and campaigns to life in an organized, timely, and on-brand way. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive marketer early in their brand career who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple workstreams, and is eager to build a strong foundation in brand management within the beauty industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand coordination, or a related role; beauty, CPG, or lifestyle brand experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with sales data, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with social and digital platforms a plus.
  • Must be comfortable working in project management tools, spreadsheets, presentation decks, and shared asset systems to support execution and reporting.
  • Passion for beauty, wellness, and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the annual brand plan and marketing calendar for Aloette.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals for brand initiatives to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints, including messaging, visuals, and tone of voice.
  • Support the Sr. Director with day-to-day brand needs and special projects.
  • Assist with product innovation and commercialization efforts, including gathering insights, competitive research, and internal documentation.
  • Support product launches by coordinating assets, timelines, samples, and cross-functional communication.
  • Help manage product information, line lists, and lifecycle documentation, including launches, extensions, and discontinuations.
  • Coordinate creative assets, campaign briefs, and content calendars in partnership with Creative, Digital, and External agencies.
  • Support UGC and creator initiatives, including tracking content, usage rights, and deliverables.
  • Partner with the Digital team to help amplify creator content and support community engagement efforts.
  • Support channel-specific programs and promotional activations. Assist in the development and execution of brand campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Track sales performance, promotional activity, and campaign results to support ongoing analysis.
  • Assist with compiling reports, recaps, and post-launch reviews.
  • Help identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data collection and basic analysis.
  • Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reconciliation for marketing programs.
  • Assist with forecasting support and internal reporting as needed.
  • Maintain organized records for campaigns, creators, and vendors.
  • Conduct competitive research and trend monitoring within the beauty and direct-selling space.
  • Compile insights into clear summaries to support brand planning and innovation discussions.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and internal updates for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key point of coordination between internal teams including Product Development, Digital, Operations, and Finance.
  • Support communication with external agencies and partners to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
