About The Position

The Senior Brand Coordinator will increase consumer engagement at Pearl and Hotel Emma through a deeper understanding of behavior along all touchpoints of the consumer journey at Pearl. The Senior Brand Coordinator will accelerate Pearl’s efforts to create insight-driven, compelling marketing plans that drive traffic, generate revenue, and enhance the consumer experience at Pearl. This role will support our EAT, SHOP, STAY, LIVE and MUSIC strategies. This position will continuously optimize our practice of leveraging data as a strategic resource by communicating timely information about our businesses and consumers, making recommendations to improve existing and future marketing efforts, optimizing website and SEO/SEM content, and ensuring brand consistency across the consumer journey.

Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in account service, strategic planning, or consumer insights at a marketing/advertising agency, OR in a brand management department
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Understanding of digital and web platforms and best practices
  • Experience with conducting and reporting primary and secondary consumer research
  • Active knowledge of industry, technology, and consumer trends
  • Proficient in use of: 1. Google Analytics (required) 2. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (required)
  • Bachelors degree required

Responsibilities

  • Leverage site traffic and EAT/SHOP revenue to make strategic recommendations on how the team can continually optimize marketing efforts and improve conversion across channels
  • Utilize site traffic by zone to understand consumer’s physical journey around property and make recommendations on signage, programming, etc.
  • Lead the implementation of a digital asset management practice to improve the creative workflow and ensure branding compliance across all teams (Silver Ventures, Pearl, Hotel Emma, Potluck, Oxbow and La Babia Cattle Company)
  • Develop briefs and performance reports for marketing campaigns and signature brand activations
  • Creates and implements action plans based on analyzing the consumer experience through data (including physical traffic, digital engagement, revenue, reservation platforms, and guest feedback)
  • Accountable for website updates and supporting website maintenance across the Silver Ventures portfolio (Pearl, Hotel Emma, Silver Ventures, Potluck, Oxbow and La Babia Cattle Company)
  • Manages audience personas, developing robust profiles of our consumers leveraging both primary and secondary research
  • Implements and optimizes SEO and SEM for Pearl, leveraging best practices on keyword optimization, metadata application, and paid search strategies
  • Partner with Marketing team and IT on the creation and implementation of a CRM database across newsletter subscribers, social media followers, loyalty program participants, and restaurant reservation platforms
  • Present performance reports and consumer insights to partners and internal stakeholders, including leadership team members
  • Manage creative asset lifecycle – intake, organization, tagging, distribution, usage compliance, and archiving of assets
  • Develop and train team on naming conventions for digital assets including branding, photo, and video assets
