About The Position

Sea to Summit is seeking a Brand & Community Specialist to support the brand's expression and consumer community presence in North America. This role is responsible for driving brand affinity, creator engagement, and audience retention through the execution of brand initiatives, influencer and product seeding programs, and managing an email calendar. The primary focus is on brand and community, ensuring consistent and on-brand execution of creator engagement, influencer relationships, brand asset coordination, and launch execution. The secondary focus is on email marketing, where the individual will own campaign execution and flow performance in Klaviyo, guided by the marketing manager. This role reports to the Global Digital Marketing Sr. Manager and collaborates with the Director of E-Commerce and the Retail Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, community management, influencer programming, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing creator or influencer relationships — outreach, briefing, and program coordination.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams in a lean environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email platform.
  • Outdoor industry experience or genuine enthusiasm for outdoor gear.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and traffic brand assets, copy, and product content across launches and campaigns to ensure North America consumer touchpoints are accurate, on-brand, and on time.
  • Maintain brand voice consistency across community channels, influencer communications, and email.
  • Manage influencer and creator relationships, including outreach, briefing, contracting, seeding coordination, content review, and relationship maintenance.
  • Own the product seeding program end-to-end, coordinating requests, fulfillment, and follow-through with creators and brand advocates.
  • Monitor consumer sentiment and community conversations across key channels, surfacing insights to inform content, product, and marketing decisions.
  • Develop a point of view on structured community programs, identifying opportunities for advocacy, UGC, and consumer engagement.
  • Own B2C and B2B email campaign execution, including planning, building, and deploying sends in Klaviyo aligned to the trading calendar, brand campaigns, and product launches.
  • Build, test, and deploy email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo, maintaining audience segmentation and list health.
  • Track and report on email performance (open rates, click-through, conversion, revenue attribution) and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Own the monthly retailer newsletter (Trail Tales), ensuring it reflects current product priorities and brand messaging.
  • Test subject lines, content formats, send cadence, and segmentation in collaboration with the manager to drive better results.
