Reporting to the Director of Community, the Brand Community Manager plays a key role in the continued success of SEGA’s many IPs and brands globally across various businesses, including games, consumer products, animation, and beyond. The Brand Community Manager supports the Brand Marketing team by leading and managing strategic community marketing and communications plans for some of SEGA’s largest brands, including ATLUS, RGG and Legacy. Responsibilities include shaping and planning the strategy, content creation and asset oversight, asset development, influencer and community communications, reporting and performance analysis. This position is a unique opportunity to help the ATLUS, RGG and Legacy brands thrive while supporting the fans and sharing the love of the fandom community around the globe. The ideal candidate brings seven or more years of Community Management or Brand Management experience within the gaming, entertainment or consumer products industries and is passionate about games and players. A strong interest for Japanese IP with familiarity across ATLUS, RGG and SEGA’s legacy brands is highly preferred.
