Role Mission: As the Brand Communications & Content Specialist, you are responsible for developing and executing compelling and engaging content across multiple brands to reach new audiences and promote our organization’s story across all channels. The primary focus is to write copy and create content regarding Rhodes’s offerings that is consistent, professional and impactful. This role reports to the Brand Communications & Content Manager and supports the Corporate Services & Experience team to ensure consistency across all Corporate, Marketing, and Communications channels, including social media, web content, email campaigns, print collateral, signage creative, etc. This includes crafting compelling stories around the company’s products, services, initiatives, events, and other brand initiatives. The Brand Communications & Content Specialist leads all aspects of content development from conception to execution and is responsible for monitoring engagement metrics to ensure successful campaigns. The Brand Communications & Content Specialist is a creative, detail-oriented, organized individual who can prioritize tasks within tight deadlines with enthusiasm and energy assigned. In addition, the Brand Communications & Content Specialist is a self-starter who can work independently or collaboratively with a team and thrives working in a results-driven atmosphere while maintaining quality standards throughout the entire production process.
