The Corporate Communications department at Publix spearheads internal communications and press releases, publishes monthly newsletters and annual benefits notices, handles department-specific communications, and manages digital content for Publix's internally facing platforms. Within the department, the Communications Content Manager will oversee content delivery and functionality for internal digital communication channels (intranets, blogs, email, digital boards, etc.), and select public-facing digital channels, such as our corporate newsroom. Ideal candidates have the skills to work productively when faced with challenging work situations and time pressures. In Publix's corporate offices, we value in-person interactions, similar to those our store associates have with customers. Many of Publix's corporate offices offer work from home up to one day a week. Each business area implements their policy differently and should be discussed during interviews.
