The Communications Specialist – Content Delivery plays a key role in supporting internal communications across Mayo Clinic’s enterprise channels and advancing the organization’s staff-focused social media presence. This role develops, curates and publishes content that strengthens staff engagement, elevates culture, and highlights employee experience. The specialist partners closely with colleagues across Content Delivery, Comms Studio, site, and core portfolio teams to ensure content is timely, accurate and aligned to strategic communication objectives. This role plays a key part in strengthening how Mayo Clinic communicates with its staff and in elevating the stories, people and culture that make our organization unique. We are looking for a strong communicator who excels in creative storytelling, collaboration and supporting content delivery across multiple channels.
