Up Campus Management is hiring a New Development Brand & Social Media Manager to drive early brand adoption and campus momentum for The Leo, a brand-new, purpose-built student housing community in Tallahassee, Florida. This role is responsible for making The Leo feel inevitable on campus — known, talked about, and socially validated well before peak leasing season. The Brand & Social Media Manager builds awareness, demand, and FOMO early, then converts that momentum into tours, pre-leasing activity, and leasing velocity. This is an ideal role for someone who understands how students influence student decisions, thrives in early-stage brand building, and enjoys working hands-on with student teams, ambassadors, and influencers in a fast-paced lease-up environment. The New Development Brand & Social Media Manager owns early-stage brand visibility, voice, and momentum for the property. This role leverages corporate marketing resources, onsite student employees, and brand ambassadors to execute authentic, campus-relevant marketing strategies that resonate with Gen Z. The position works closely with onsite leasing leadership to ensure social traction translates into tours, applications, and pre-leasing performance. This role is accountable for brand awareness, engagement, and the conversion of social momentum into measurable leasing outcomes.
