Bitly is looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to own our social presence and help shape how our brands show up, engage, and build trust with our audience across platforms. Social and community are where people interact with Bitly in real-time—asking questions, sharing feedback, and forming opinions about our brand. In this role on the Brand & Content Team, you’ll help ensure those moments are thoughtful, consistent, and aligned with the trust we aim to build every day. This role is ideal for a strong individual contributor who is ready to run programs independently, partner cross-functionally, and deliver results with clarity and consistency. You’ll oversee our global social channels across two brands and help evolve our approach to community engagement across platforms.
