DaBella is looking for outgoing, enthusiastic brand ambassadors to represent our home improvement brand at retail stores, community events, and local sponsorships. Requirements
- Outgoing, positive personality—comfortable talking to anyone
- Strong verbal communication and people skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Able to learn product info and scripts quickly
- Comfortable working in retail stores, busy events, and outdoor environments
- Weekend/evening availability required
- Basic mobile/tablet skills + a working smartphone
Responsibilities
- Engage shoppers and event attendees with confidence and enthusiasm
- Educate customers on our products, promotions, and services
- Qualify prospects and schedule free in-home consultations for our Sales Team
- Hit daily/weekly lead goals and maintain a high pitch rate
- Set up and maintain attractive, professional event/retail displays
- Work closely with your manager and team to celebrate wins and improve performance
