Brand Ambassador - Homestead, FL
About The Position
In your role as brand ambassador, you will work alongside program management, interact with event attendees, share information about Xfinity products and services, distribute customized promotional items, and confidently communicate key brand messaging. You'll also assist with data capture efforts, help drive brand awareness, and create positive, meaningful connections with consumers. In addition, Brand Ambassadors will help maintain an organized and welcoming event environment by supporting crowd flow and ensuring guests have a seamless experience both around and within the event footprint. This position may include local travel and additional responsibilities as needed to support program success. Ideal candidates are outgoing, professional, and passionate about delivering exceptional consumer experiences.
Requirements

- Comfortable using event technology (tablets, smartphones, etc.)
- Ability to travel locally with occasional extended travel
- 18+ with reliable transportation
- Availability for required training and adherence to uniform guidelines
- At least 1 year of leadership experience
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines
- Regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls and talk or hear
- Frequently required to stand, walk, and reach above shoulders, kneel, stoop or crouch
- Specific abilities required by this job include close vision, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, and sitting for extended periods of time
