About The Position

This is a part-time, permanent role for a Brand Ambassador representing the LEGO brand in stores. The role involves merchandising, maintaining displays, supporting promotions, and building relationships with store personnel. The ideal candidate will be engaging, detail-oriented, and passionate about the LEGO brand. This position offers the opportunity to bring LEGO to life, store by store, through hands-on, people-focused work where attention to detail is crucial. You will create standout displays, deliver great store visits, champion the brand by negotiating for space and visibility, and build strong in-store relationships with key retailers.

Requirements

  • A full UK driving licence.
  • A reliable vehicle.
  • A positive, organised approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Someone who enjoys variety, independence and being out in store.

Nice To Haves

  • Merchandising, retail or field sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Check stock and maintain displays.
  • Support promotions to ensure LEGO looks its best.
  • Deliver great store visits efficiently.
  • Negotiate for space, visibility, and activity to champion the brand.
  • Build strong in-store relationships with colleagues and decision-makers in Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, B&M and Smyths.
