A Brand Ambassador for Charlie Clark Hyundai serves as the face of Hyundai at the dealership, building trust, educating customers, and creating a positive brand image. They work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive product awareness, increase engagement, and support dealership goals. As a Brand Ambassador for Charlie Clark Hyundai, you help build brand loyalty, drive sales, and create memorable customer experiences — all while representing Hyundai’s values and products directly to the public.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers throughout the vehicle purchase journey — from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up — via phone, email, text, and in-person.
Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features, benefits, and technology.
Promote Hyundai’s brand and vehicles through social media, daily product videos, and promotional events.
Collaborate with sales teams to increase product awareness and create sales opportunities.
Provide exceptional service to enhance the overall customer experience.
Learn and use social media platforms to share brand messages and engage with followers.
Attend and help execute promotional events, product launches, and dealership activities.
Share customer feedback and market insights with the marketing or sales team.
