Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners at retail stores, trade shows, home shows, and community events
• Initiate friendly, professional conversations to introduce Renewal by Andersen products and services
• Identify customer needs through active listening and thoughtful questions
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
• Educate prospective customers on the value and benefits of our premium window and door solutions
• Accurately collect customer information and maintain lead records
• Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve performance goals
• Travel to designated event and retail locations as needed
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while increasing brand awareness throughout the local community
