About The Position

Anytime Fitness is seeking an outgoing, dependable, and enthusiastic Part-Time Brand Ambassador to represent our clubs at local events and community activities throughout Jackson, Michigan Center, Marshall, Brooklyn, and Tecumseh. In this role, you'll connect with community members, promote health and wellness, and help introduce more people to the Anytime Fitness experience. This entry-level position is ideal for college students or individuals who enjoy connecting with people, participating in community events, and promoting health, wellness, and fitness.

Requirements

Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with new people.
Reliable and able to arrive on time.
Maintains a positive attitude and professional appearance.
Interest in health, fitness, marketing, or community involvement.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Able to lift and carry event materials and assist with setting up and breaking down tables, tents, and promotional displays.
Available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
Reliable transportation is required.
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Attend local community events, health fairs, festivals, and promotional activities.
Set up and take down event tables, tents, signs, and promotional materials.
Talk with event attendees about Anytime Fitness.
Hand out flyers, business cards, giveaways, and other marketing materials.
Collect contact information from people interested in learning more about the club.
Promote Anytime Fitness memberships, coaching, training, and club services.
Help create a fun, friendly, and professional experience at events.
Take approved photos and videos during events.
Keep event supplies organized and return materials after each event.
Provide a simple update to management after events.
