About The Position
The Brand Ambassador represents the company as the face of our long-standing products and services. This entry-level role provides hands-on training and career growth opportunities, starting on the ground floor to develop the skills and techniques needed for success. The Brand Ambassador engages with clients in retail locations, promotes products, generates qualified leads for the Sales Department, and supports the mission of delivering the best home remodeling experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Reliable transportation to retail locations.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record under the company’s insurance policies.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in (sales, retail, hospitality, or promotions).
- Familiarity with home improvement products or remodeling services.
- Interest in career growth within sales and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Represent the company in retail locations.
- Participates in comprehensive training sessions.
- Builds expertise in window, door, gutter, and awning products while ensuring clients receive accurate information and exceptional service.
- Supports brand awareness initiatives by showcasing the company’s reputation and commitment to quality.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
