About The Position
This is a performance-driven opportunity for top performers to generate leads and drive real revenue through retail partnerships and live events. If you’re competitive, outgoing, and motivated by making money—not just clocking hours—this is for you. You will engage homeowners inside Home Depot, build relationships with Home Depot associates for referrals, set up and run in-store events, represent Better Bath at home shows and local events, and track your performance to beat your numbers every week. This role offers no desk and no ceiling, focusing solely on results.
