About The Position
Volkswagen is bringing the ultimate VIP soccer viewing experience to Canada Soccer House at Boxcar Social – Harbourfront, and we’re looking for charismatic BAs to help bring the excitement to life for VW owners and guests. This role involves welcoming guests, checking credentials, assisting with photos, handing out branded items, answering questions, and supporting event setup and teardown.
Requirements
- Friendly, confident, and professional personalities
- Promo-model style BAs with polished presentation
- Comfortable engaging with guests in a lively VIP environment
- Team players who thrive in fast-paced event settings
- Love live events, sports vibes, and creating memorable guest experiences
Responsibilities
- Welcoming Volkswagen owners and guests
- Checking credentials/access at entry
- Assisting guests with photos on their phones
- Handing out branded scarves and swag
- Answering general event questions and creating a positive guest experience
- Supporting setup and teardown
