About The Position
This is a Brand Ambassador role focused on creating a welcoming and organized experience for VGCA employees throughout the event. We’re looking for adaptable team members who are friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with large groups. Interest in the automotive industry is a strong asset! This high-profile event will feature fun, automotive-themed experiences celebrating VGCA employees, with executives from multiple automotive brands in attendance.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic and professional individuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging in small talk and guest interaction
- Able to follow instructions and pivot quickly when needed
- Comfortable standing and working long event hours
Nice To Haves
- Automotive industry interest/knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assisting with activations and event flow
- Crowd management and employee ushering
- Employee registration and check-in
- Drivers licence inspection
- Supporting light setup duties
- Floating between positions as needed
- Creating a positive and welcoming environment for attendees
