About The Position

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll work inside Costco engaging shoppers, starting conversations about window and door replacement, and setting free in-home consultations. You’re not chasing. You’re not begging. You’re creating opportunities—one conversation at a time. Not every interaction is a yes. That doesn’t faze you. You shake it off, refocus, and move to the next opportunity because you know consistency wins.

Requirements

• Thrive with autonomy and personal accountability
• Don’t need external validation to stay motivated
• Can be ignored and keep going without losing momentum
• Naturally likable, confident, and composed
• Believe failure is not an option
• Highly motivated in everything you do
• Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco locations
• Must be able to stand 8+ hours
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Prior experience in marketing
• Prior experience as a Brand Ambassador

• Average earners make $30/hour; Top performers exceed $40/hour
