About The Position

Crunch Fitness is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Brand Ambassador to join our team. The Brand Ambassador will focus on spreading awareness, building excitement, and connecting with the community. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of Crunch — sharing our energy, promoting memberships, and helping deliver the “No Judgments” experience we're known for. This position is based at a Crunch Fitness club currently in presales. Team members in this role may also be asked to perform these responsibilities at other Crunch Fitness locations as business needs require.

Requirements

Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
Ability to engage prospects in conversations about membership options
Ability to guide prospects through the sign-up process
Ability to collect leads and assist with presale sign-ups and event registrations
Ability to engage with potential members to share information about special projects
Ability to work closely with the Crunch team to meet project goals
Ability to represent Crunch Fitness at community events, pop-ups, and in high-traffic areas
Ability to distribute promotional materials, giveaways, and offer letters
Ability to build excitement and create brand awareness through face-to-face interactions and social media engagement
Compliance with uniform policy (crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag)

Responsibilities
