About The Position

Join the Syncron Crew and become one of our front-line ambassadors for one of the most exciting functional beverage brands in the market. As a Syncron Crew Member (SCM), you’ll be the face of the brand — connecting with consumers, sparking curiosity, and delivering an ice-cold Syncron at the perfect moment of need. From college campuses and gyms to live events, you’ll bring energy, positivity, and a smile while showing people how Syncron helps them ‘Push Past Possible’. The job purpose is to create a unique and memorable experience between potential consumers and KHUS brands through various sampling activations by offering complimentary samples and educating the consumer to drive brand awareness and gross sales. An ideal brand ambassador is fun, authentic, friendly, a team-player and understands they are the face of the brand and may be many consumers’ first impression of KHUS products.

Requirements

Currently resides within the required geography for territory or be willing to relocate
Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
Must be able to perform (with or without reasonable accommodation) physical activities required by the job duties including lifting and moving up to 65 pounds individually and greater weight with assistance from others
Physical ability to bend, stretch, stoop, climb and perform other physical acts associated with selling, demonstrating and marketing products in assigned territory
Must be able to stand, remain mobile and/or sit for prolonged periods of time
Excellent communication skills; must be able to work well with others

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
2 or More Years of Relevant Field Marketing or Brand Ambassador Experience preferred

Responsibilities

Drive trial, awareness, and excitement for the Syncron brand and products
Create memorable 1:1 consumer interactions by proactively sampling, educating and engaging with a wide variety of consumers
Develop a positive rapport and establish authentic, lasting brand loyalty with consumers
Represent Syncron at key events and trade shows, retail promotions, on-campus activations, and local events
Deliver product and collateral in ways that leave a lasting impression
Adapt quickly to different environments while staying true to Syncron’s personality and values
Recognize additional sales & sampling opportunities discovered through consumers and relay information to the Team Manager
Demonstrate the ability to function within and cultivate a positive team environment
Embody Kowa’s company values during all interpersonal interactions; remember to be polite and treat people with respect under any circumstances
Provide accurate recaps of daily sampling efforts by demonstrating inventory counts & providing consumer feedback collected as needed from each shift
Illustrate the successes of each activation through high-quality sampling photos of consumers engaged with and enjoying samples
