About The Position
Great Lakes Brewing Company seeks a Brand Ambassador to work on a contract basis to conduct and fulfill the following tasks: Educate consumers through conducting both on-premise and off-premise tastings. Assist the sales team as needed with special events. Engage with consumers to educate them about the products as well as GLBC as a company and our values and initiatives. Distribute GLBC promotional materials. Exhibit a superior level of customer service. Report event results to Area Sales Manager. Travel within the assigned market to execute events at multiple locations. Assist with managing promotional material inventory.
Requirements
- Knowledge of craft beer industry required
- Valid Driver’s License with a driving record considered acceptable based on our insurance company’s matrix
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must be outgoing, energetic, and have excellent communication
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with GLBC preferred
- Prior experience in conducting on and off-premise tastings is preferred
