About The Position
Ocean Bottle is seeking Brand Ambassadors to champion their lifestyle water bottle and its mission of environmental and social impact. Based in London, Ocean Bottle aims to prevent plastic from entering the ocean, with each bottle sold funding the removal of 1,000 bottles' worth of ocean-bound plastic. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the brand's storyteller, training retail staff on the brand's mission, vision, and impact, and assisting with merchandising.
Requirements
- Experience in educating/training store associates.
- Friendly, engaging, with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in a retail environment.
- Tech-savvy with smartphones and reporting tools.
- Reliable transportation.
- Smartphone required (iOS 17+ or Android 13+).
Responsibilities
- Educate retail store associates about the Ocean Bottle brand’s values, product knowledge, features, and benefits.
- Build strong relationships with retail staff.
- Ensure product placement, displays, and signage are correctly implemented.
- Capture photos, observations, and feedback during visits and submit detailed reports via a mobile app.
- Conduct light inventory checks and gather competitive insights.
