About The Position

Ocean Bottle is seeking Brand Ambassadors to champion their lifestyle water bottle. This London-based company is dedicated to creating environmental and social impact, with a core mission to prevent plastic from entering the ocean. For every water bottle sold, Ocean Bottle funds the equivalent removal of 1,000 ocean-bound plastic bottles by weight. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the brand's storyteller, training REI store associates on the brand's mission and vision, communicating its environmental and social impact, and assisting with merchandising.

Requirements

• Experience in education/training store associate
• Friendly, engaging, with excellent relationship-building skills
• Strong communicator, both verbal and written
• Proven experience in retail environment
• Tech-savvy with smartphones and reporting tools
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone required (iOS 17+ or Android 13+)

Responsibilities

• Educate REI store associates about the Ocean Bottle brand’s values, while also sharing product knowledge, features and benefits
• Build strong relationships with retail staff
• Ensure product placement, displays, and signage are on point.
• Capture photos, observations, and feedback during visits and then submit detailed reports via our mobile app
• Conduct light inventory checks and competitive insights
