Arc'Teryx Brand Ambassador-$60/hr
About The Position
As a ThirdChannel Brand Rep for Arc'teryx, you will support the brand in retail environments by educating store associates and customers, merchandising products, and acting as a brand advocate. You will share product knowledge and outdoor experiences, and visit each assigned retail store once a month for 1–1.5 hours to provide ongoing support and maintain brand alignment. The role is a 1099 independent contractor position with compensation starting at competitive hourly rates based on experience and market. Travel expenses are reimbursed. It is described as supplemental income for people who want to earn extra income while sharing their enthusiasm for Arc'teryx.
Requirements
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience; retail experience is preferred.
- Genuine passion for Arc'teryx gear and outdoor adventure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in visual merchandising.
- Reliability and organizational skills.
- Comfort with technology and installing and using the ThirdChannel app.
- Own a smart device running iOS 15.0 or later or Android 10.0 or later, with internet access.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Lead training sessions and educate store staff about Arc'teryx products, technologies, and brand values.
- Deliver engaging in-store product presentations and demonstrations.
- Merchandise gear to support optimal presentation and accessibility.
- Capture in-store photos.
- Conduct inventory audits.
- Perform competitive product analysis.
- Gather employee feedback and insights.
- Visit each assigned retail store once a month for 1–1.5 hours.
- Travel across the assigned territory.
