About The Position
Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador to represent its window and door products at Costco and retail events. The role offers a guaranteed base wage of $18 per hour plus unlimited weekly bonuses for each qualified appointment. Compensation is also described as $25–$35+ per hour when base pay and performance bonuses are combined; top performers may earn significantly more. Brand Ambassadors engage shoppers in friendly conversations, build interest in the products, and schedule qualified in-home consultations. They educate homeowners about products and services and set up and maintain professional branded displays. The role emphasizes conversations rather than hard selling or cold calling. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided, with potential career growth into sales and leadership roles. The schedule is flexible and may include days, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have a smartphone.
- Be able to stand and move throughout the shift.
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
- Love talking to people and meeting new faces, or be able to do so.
- Be confident starting conversations with strangers.
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Enjoy a performance-based environment.
- Be comfortable hearing “no” and moving on to the next opportunity.
- Want effort to directly affect earnings.
- No prior experience is required; paid training is provided.
