About The Position

Bath Center is one of the fastest-growing companies in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We help homeowners transform their bathrooms with beautiful, durable, low-maintenance remodeling solutions. We are seeking energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors / Lead Generators to represent our company at home shows, fairs, retail locations, community events, and promotional venues throughout the Portland metro area. This is a customer-facing lead generation and event marketing role ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, starting conversations, and earning commission on top of guaranteed hourly pay.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
Comfortable approaching and engaging members of the public
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Dependable and professional work ethic
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities

Represent Bath Center at home shows, retail locations, community events, and promotional venues
Engage with prospective customers and generate interest in our bathroom remodeling services
Educate homeowners on our products and services
Schedule free in-home consultation appointments
Generate qualified leads through face-to-face customer interaction
Maintain a professional and organized event display
Accurately collect customer information
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
