About The Position

Rite Window, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking a Brand Ambassador to promote high-quality products and services through in-store retail marketing campaigns and events. This role involves delivering engaging, face-to-face sales presentations and participating in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. The Brand Ambassador position is viewed as a stepping stone to a rewarding career in Sales or Management within the company.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing roles is welcomed
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively across teams in addressing customer needs
• A self-starter attitude and driven to exceed goals
• A collaborative mindset and desire to learn from others
• Open to traveling within the local market as needed
• Scheduling availability includes Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional weekday opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Represent Rite Window by promoting high-quality products and services to both prospective and existing customers through in-store retail marketing campaigns and events.
• Deliver engaging, face-to-face sales presentations that highlight premium products and expert installation services.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen sales skills and deepen product knowledge.
