About The Position

Love the energy of the Great New York State Fair? Put your customer-facing skills to work while earning extra income this summer! We are a leading window and door replacement company known for innovative products and top-tier service. We’re looking for high-energy, friendly Brand Ambassadors to represent us live on-site at the New York State Fair!

Requirements

• Outgoing & Personable: Comfortable striking up conversations with large crowds in a lively, fast-paced environment.
• High Energy & Stamina: Excited to be on your feet, engage with visitors, and bring positive vibes to the fairgrounds.
• Reliable Transportation: Dependable way to get to and from the NYS Fairgrounds for your scheduled shifts.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work fair hours, including evenings and weekend shifts during the Fair’s run.
• Strong Communication: Clear, professional, and persuasive speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent our team at our dedicated NYS Fair booth and interact directly with fairgoers.
• Start fun, friendly conversations with passing crowds and share the benefits of upgrading their home’s windows and doors.
• Keep the energy high around our display, highlight current promotions, and answer general questions.
• Connect with interested homeowners and collect contact details for our sales team to schedule home consultations.
• Keep our display area clean, organized, well-stocked with materials, and welcoming.
