The Brand Ambassador plays a key role in building awareness and engagement around new club openings while supporting the management team during pre-opening activities. Requirements

Strong understanding of customer engagement and communication practices.
General knowledge of the fitness industry.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods when needed.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Build positive relationships within the local community and represent the Crunch brand in a professional and approachable manner.
Assist with pre-opening outreach efforts, including distributing promotional materials and maintaining an active social media presence.
Support the management team during events such as site activations, community gatherings, and grand opening celebrations.
Engage with individuals in a genuine and respectful way, ensuring interactions reflect the brand’s values.
