About The Position

The UFC GYM Brand Ambassador Street Team Member creates excitement, starts conversations, generates QR code scans, and brings people into the gym. The role represents UFC GYM at company-approved marketing locations and promotes a free one-month limited all-access membership offer. Street Team Members engage the public, present the QR code, respond to common objections using approved talking points, and report results and field issues to management. The position involves indoor and outdoor community marketing, remaining active throughout assigned shifts, and working in varying weather conditions. Members must follow company conduct and safety guidelines, wear the required uniform, prepare and return marketing equipment, and communicate professionally with the public and teammates.

Requirements

Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
Able to stand, walk, and remain active for the duration of assigned shifts in various weather conditions.
Positive, coachable attitude and ability to represent the UFC GYM brand strongly.
Smartphone required for QR code verification and shift communication.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in field marketing, promotions, brand ambassador work, sales, or customer-facing roles.
Familiarity with or interest in fitness and the UFC GYM brand.

Responsibilities

Represent UFC GYM professionally at company-approved community and marketing locations.
Proactively engage members of the public and initiate conversations confidently.
Deliver the company conversation script and direct prospects to scan the QR code for the free one-month limited all-access membership offer.
Respond to common prospect objections using approved talking points while remaining positive and avoiding arguments.
Relocate within an assigned location when foot traffic or engagement slows.
Keep the QR code sign visible and allow prospects to scan it themselves; verify successful scans when possible.
Thank prospects after interactions and promptly move on to the next conversation.
Confirm required equipment is available before each shift, including the QR code sign, flyers, charged phone, water, wristbands if applicable, scooter if assigned, and promotional materials.
Complete before-, during-, and after-shift checklist items, including clocking in and out, checking QR code functionality, reviewing the location, and returning equipment.
Report daily QR scan totals, effective marketing locations, and member feedback to management at the end of each shift.
Immediately report field incidents, safety concerns, or other issues to a manager.
Wear the required Street Team uniform and maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance.
Follow role conduct rules, including not pressuring or following people, blocking paths, arguing, entering businesses without permission, remaining in one place for extended periods, using profanity, or complaining.
Leave private property immediately when asked by an owner or representative and report the incident to a manager.
Promote UFC GYM positively on social media in accordance with company guidelines.
Arrive on time, remain coachable, support teammates, and represent the brand with pride.
Remain aware of surroundings, use crosswalks, stay hydrated, and use sunscreen as needed during outdoor shifts.
Avoid approaching aggressive or hostile individuals; disengage and notify a manager if a situation feels unsafe.
