Part-Time Brand Ambassador / Sales Representative
About The Position
ALEX MD PhD is a Korean-formulated, dermatologist-developed skincare line that operates high-performing booths in the Costco roadshow circuit. We are seeking a Brand Ambassador for the Virginia market who possesses consistent energy, meets sales targets, and can convert Costco shoppers into loyal customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and excels at working a booth. The format involves 5-day shows with 10 days off between events, running year-round, with rotating locations across Virginia-area Costco warehouses. The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for the full booth setup and teardown for each show.
Requirements
- Experience working Costco roadshows or warehouse/club-store events is strongly preferred.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to engage cold traffic and convert confidently and naturally.
- Strong product retention and professional presentation.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Represent ALEX MD PhD at Costco roadshow events.
- Manage the full sales cycle from cold engagement to close.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge.
- Achieve daily sales targets.
- Maintain a professional, high-energy presence throughout each shift.
- Ensure consistent performance across all days of the show.
