About The Position

We are seeking results-driven Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium skincare brand in major drugstores across Canada. This role is highly sales-focused, combining expert product knowledge with consultative selling to drive conversion, increase basket size, and recruit new loyal clients. You will act as the face of the brand in-store, delivering elevated experiences that translate directly into sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in skincare, cosmetics, or beauty retail sales
  • Access to a personal vehicle is mandatory
  • 6 months–1 year of Beauty Brand Ambassador experience
  • Strong selling, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Availability to work weekends and peak retail hours

Nice To Haves

  • Esthetician certification is an asset, but not required
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to confidently recommend and upsell products
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer engagement skills
  • Comfortable working independently while driving measurable sales results
  • Passion for skincare and delivering high-touch customer experiences

Responsibilities

  • Drive in-store sales performance by actively engaging customers and converting traffic into purchases
  • Deliver hands-on product demonstrations, texture sampling, and personalized mini consultations to close sales
  • Identify customer needs and confidently recommend complete skincare routines to maximize sell-through
  • Build strong rapport with customers to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty
  • Actively recruit new customers and grow the brand’s client base within each location
  • Partner with store teams to support merchandising, visibility, and promotional initiatives
  • Capture and report sales insights, customer feedback, and competitive observations after each visit
  • Consistently represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and premium service standards
