About The Position

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Brand Ambassador - Lead Generator to represent its window and door products at Costco and retail events. The role focuses on engaging shoppers in friendly conversations, generating interest in the company’s products, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. It involves educating homeowners about products and services, setting up and maintaining branded displays, and generating leads that support company growth. There is no hard selling or cold calling. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided, with potential career growth into sales and leadership roles. Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• A smartphone.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
• Comfort starting conversations with strangers and talking to new people.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfort with a performance-based environment and hearing “no” and moving on.
