About The Position

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Brand Ambassador - Lead Generator to represent its window and door products at Costco and other retail events. The role engages shoppers in friendly conversations, generates interest in the products, educates homeowners about services, and schedules qualified in-home consultations. It also involves setting up and maintaining branded displays. The position offers a $22-per-hour base rate plus performance bonuses; the posting states compensation is $25–$35+ per hour when base pay and bonuses are combined, with top performers potentially earning more. The schedule is flexible and may include days, evenings, and weekends. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided, with potential career growth into sales and leadership roles. No prior experience is required.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a smartphone.
• Be able to stand and move throughout the shift.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
• Be comfortable starting conversations with strangers and hearing “no.”
• Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and interest in performance-based work.
