In this role, you will be required to split your time between the office and travel to various events & retail sites. In the office you will assist the Sr. Manager of Event Marketing with recruiting, hiring, and training of Event Marketing Promoters as well as reaching out to various events to lock down vendor and sponsorship agreements. Duties in the office will include training new hires, conducting 1 on 1’s, scheduling, and preparing supplies for the team as well as assisting the event manager with finding events in Charleston and Hilton Head. While out of the office you will be making site visits at assigned events as well as setting up at events and hiring fairs. At the site visits you will do onsite training with Event Marketing Promoters which will include lead generation. A review will be required for every site visit that is made, turned into the Sr. Manager of Event Marketing.
