About The Position

As a Coffee Demo and Sampling Expert, you’ll bring the brand to life through engaging in-store demonstrations — making coffee, showing shoppers how easy it is to use the Philips machine(s), and offering them a free cup to enjoy. You’ll showcase Philip’s stylish, high-performance products to drive excitement and sales. You will visit the Williams Sonoma Columbus Circle location in New York, each weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from 11 AM - 4 PM.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in Retail, Brand Advocacy, or Hospitality Service
Skilled in delivering engaging training sessions
Ability to communicate information clearly and confidently
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to travel within the assigned territory
Possess a current ServSafe Food Handler certification or the ability to complete the online certification before your start date, if required

Responsibilities

Engage with shoppers and offer coffee samples from Philips Café Aromis
Conduct engaging product demonstrations
Make fresh coffee, demonstrate how simple it is to use the Philips machine, and offer customers a complimentary cup
Build credibility and strengthen brand loyalty with customers and retail associates
Maintain display compliance and ensure product functionality
Communicate promptly with your supervisor and complete assigned reporting
Perform other program-related tasks as assigned
