About The Position

Sur La Table is building The Kitchen Table, a brand ambassador program powered by Duel. The Customer Advocacy Program Specialist will operate and grow the program, serving as its hands-on, day-to-day platform operator. The role supports advocates from onboarding through their first payout, manages challenges, resolves issues, and helps ensure a positive creator experience. During the first 6–12 months, success includes smooth advocate activation, increasing challenge completion rates, and repeatable processes for onboarding, campaign execution, and reporting. This is a lean-team role with broad ownership and end-to-end responsibility. The specialist partners with the Social Media Manager to translate marketing priorities into advocate challenges and campaigns, support social-first content, monitor community health, and report on performance and opportunities to improve the program. The position is remote in the US and Canada, although an in-person interview is mandatory before an offer.

  • Surface standout user-generated content to cross-functional teams for potential marketing reuse.
  • Stay aware of social trends and content formats that could inspire advocate participation.
  • Support advocate activation from sign-up to first challenge, first post, first affiliate link, and first revenue-driving action.
  • Monitor community health, including engagement, retention, challenge completion, and tier movement.
  • Gather recurring advocate feedback and share opportunities to improve the program experience.
  • Build momentum through timely challenges, recognition opportunities, and clear next steps for advocates.
