About The Position
The Branch Supervisor will report to Regional Operations Manager. This position provides information and support to drivers.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy and the ability to function in an electronic communication environment are essential.
- A working knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements is necessary.
- CDL B with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement
- TWIC and Medical card
- Positive attitude under stress conditions
- History of reliable work performance
- Excellent communication, relationship building and planning skills
- Excellent computer skills required
Nice To Haves
- Prior dispatch experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Organize, control and manage the successful delivery of customer orders.
- Provide information and support to drivers.
- Comply with and support safety standards, as well as, all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
- Make sound business decisions in driver deployment.
- Understand the importance and value of effective customer relations and satisfaction to the success of the business.
- Get in truck when needed.
