About The Position
Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Service Advisor for our branch in San Francisco. The selected candidate will assist in developing the technical, procedural and customer service skills of the Service Technicians, support the Service Manager in managing projects with customers, and complete field supervision and support of the Service Technicians on projects.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum five years experience in air compressor service.
- Expert verbal and written English proficiency.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Good communication skills/phone skills required.

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing the technical, procedural and customer service skills of the Service Technicians.
- Support the Service Manager in managing projects with customers, to include service needs on their Kaeser equipment.
- Complete field supervision and support of the Service Technicians on projects.
