About The Position

Our primary goal is providing exceptional customer service coupled with innovative products and progressive system solutions. We specialize in evaluating each customer’s application and providing the most energy efficient and effective air system solution. We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Inside Service Account Representative for our Fredericksburg location.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- 3 years of experience in compressed air system service required.
- Good communication skills/phone skills required.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Physical attendance at the worksite as required.
Nice To Haves
- college degree preferred
- SAP experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Identify, research and contact existing customer accounts to present and sell Kaeser service, extended warranty agreements and renewals.
- Assist equipment sales representatives with service and extended warranty customer presentations.
- Review Kair data for opportunities to improve reliability and sell service agreements.
- Achieve sales goals for service and extended warranty agreements, increasing customer retention and service revenue growth.
