Branch Security Officer-Oakbrook
About The Position
The Branch Security Officer maintains a secure environment for clients and employees while serving as an ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients. The role supports a positive Tiffany Experience from beginning to end and includes both security responsibilities and back-of-house operations and controls. The position also supports sales and service by building client relationships, representing the Tiffany brand, and helping the store achieve its sales plan. The officer partners with the Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergencies, follow incident-management procedures, and ensure security systems and procedures are followed. Duties include daily inspections, equipment and alarm testing, key-access controls, report submissions, opening and closing procedures, and assisting with facilities repairs while communicating with the store team.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

- One year of prior experience in a security-related position.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees.
- Serve as a Tiffany ambassador and first point of contact for clients.
- Deepen client relationships to support lifetime loyalty and spend, and carry out store operations that support sales-plan achievement.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences and demonstrate Tiffany client-experience behaviors in customer interactions.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities, and act on client feedback and TEI performance.
- Partner with the Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergencies, and implement Incident Management Programs procedures.
- Follow security procedures through daily inspections, equipment checks, alarm tests, inspections, key access, and report submissions.
- Carry out opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with facilities repairs and communicate with the store team.
