Requirements

  • 1+ year sales management and leadership experience.
  • 2+ years B2B outside sales experience with a tangible product.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills.
  • Written & verbal communication including English grammar.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Not eligible for relocation benefits.
  • Expected to be performed on site.

  • Operations and/or P&L experience.

Responsibilities

  • Have P&L responsibility.
  • Lead the team in building value and ongoing relationships with new and existing industrial B2B customers.
  • Spend significant time in the field, calling on and developing customers.
  • Develop the team to meet/exceed sales and profit goals by fostering a productive, healthy environment.
  • Hire, train, and develop strong performing team players.
  • Develop, manage, and implement service center sales activities and strategies, account assignment, territory management, and sales performance goal achievement.
  • Identify and evaluate new customers, market conditions, opportunities, and competitive pressures.
  • Recommend and implement actions to maximize sales, increase margins, and expand market share.
  • Manage personal assigned accounts as required.
